Really cute graphics, and the music sets the tone/pace well. Skipped the intro, though I was enjoying the audio. Is the challenge simply in time attack? I basically blitzed through levels 1-5 just holding the right key, wasn't sure if I was meant to avoid some things or do anything different. Also, the 'fossil bar' is great, and could replace the kids eaten/needed text if you were to keep working on it… it's basically the same info, I think? A great effort all round, well done to the team.

Great graphics, great music. Nice idea. Good use of a team. Gameplay was pretty shallow, but you know, 3 days. :)

Really good game there man. I thought the graphics in this game were really nice, and the monster looked really cute...as he ate innocent children. Anyway, one thing that off put this game was its lack of challenge, I'm not sure if anybody could lose at this game unless they tried. But considering that's one of the only mistakes I could find this was a good game. :)

There is something oddly satisfying about it! Devoured more than 100 of those little things. The game can use some more challenge, its a good start.

This is a really cute game, but lacking in gameplay. Perhaps there could have been something that was trying to stop you. (Look out! An adult! AAAAAAAAAAHHH!) Some SFX would be nice, too. 3/5

I think the game really needs some z-order attacks. It kind of looks like the children are z-ordered, but eating them is not. You could have made 3 z-orders and then said if a collision happens between the monster and the children, if layer of monster = layer of child, then eat, otherwise don't eat. I think having it based on where you are on the street compared to the children would have a major impact on the fun of the game. Kudos to your two teammates for producing their first LD game. I hope everyone had fun working together!

I loved the music and the graphics, and the flow of the game. Perhaps it was slightly too easy though. I felt like by just holding an arrow key and moving up and down I could win since I was outrunning the children.

It has good graphics and audio, although the gameplay was a bit simple and not very original.
