Archive of Memories
Description
You wake up... or maybe not.
The world around you is in pieces, suspended between the real and the forgotten. Your only task is simple: collect memories scattered throughout the void and archive them, as you've always done in your work.
However, the further you walk, the more you realize something is out of place. Echoes of the past, fragments of feelings, and distant noises seem to watch you with every step. It's up to you to decide what's worth remembering... and what should remain lost.
Gameplay
Explore silent and mysterious environments in search of memory fragments. Each collected memory reveals a small piece of a larger story, pieced together by you.
Use the commands below to orient yourself:
W, A, S, D – Move
Space – Jump
E – Interact
Esc – Pause or exit
Immerse yourself in the atmosphere, paying attention to the details of the VOICES.
About the game
The Archivist is a short narrative experience about memories, forgetting, and the burden of preserving the past. Created by Mehran, it combines a minimalist aesthetic with a melancholic setting and a narrative plot. The game is top-down and low-poly.
### Considerations:
The game contains some bugs and poorly designed models. I apologize, but I don't have much time to run a game jam.
If you notice any bugs, I'd appreciate it if you could comment here.

While exploring entries, I noticed this user leaving very harsh, non-constructive comments on others’ work (see screenshot).
I’m not here to tell you how to rate their game — that’s up to you. I just think it’s worth seeing how this person speaks to fellow devs.
It’s important that the jam stays a positive space where creators can use feedback to improve, grow, and find their audience. Simple insults can crush beginners’ motivation and stop them before they discover their potential.
**Let’s keep this a supportive place that helps developers learn and push forward instead of tearing them down.**
