This made me laugh! I like the use of the word "elite" wherever possible. The game probably need a little more to it though. Right now it's just wander till you see a house, and then wander till you see another house.

Very funny game! From music,graphics to voice dubbing.But I've experienced a bug that camera won't move.

@brandon-campbell Yeah I probably should have added something else you need to do to win. But, if you want to get to a day like, day 40, you would need to be more considerate of your hunger. But, if your not trying to survive years, then yeah, its basically just walking.

Hilarious game, but yeah same as Brandon. I also didnt realize that I had to collect crabs until it was too late. Also when the game ended, the music kept playing, but nothing happened. No restart of some sorts. A map would be great and maybe some enemies like fighting of dogs that dont let you deliver your package. Otherwise mood is great and I like the music, that makes it more intense than it is ^^

@zenbreaker The sound bug is something to do with your browser which is something I cannot fix. And no restart screen bug was, in that situation, you might have had low performance, so then, the already slow fade in effect for the death text took even longer to fade in. and after that I'm assuming you exited the game.

Nice work! Didn't realize what the "food" pickups were, so some indication there would be nice. I also found a slight bug. During training if you bump the home base at the end to trigger the end dialog it'll play, but if you bump it again it restarts and the timer doesn't so it cuts off the end of the message. Might want to track if it's been activated or not.

I like the voice. The game is mechanically simple and cool. I got the meaning! But there are some interaction errors; for example, the dialogue may be trigger repetitively if I repetitively enter the house trigger.

@zhiteng-chen Thanks for checking the game out! I was already aware of that bug during development but decided not to fix it because it wasn't game breaking. (Or in other words, I was just too lazy.) This is just for statistics but, how many rounds did you play?

The gameplay is simple and pretty fun. The voice over is really funny and pretty well made. Overall a pretty good jam game.

Music and sound effects were really nice. Gameplay is fun but simple, I could see this being a solid game if houses were marked somehow, but with obstacles in the way preventing you from getting to them. Overall, really good job, I enjoyed it :)

It checks all the boxes of a solid little game but I wish the camera led the character instead of trailed it.

Solid game. Only complaint is that it's too simple; game becomes a race to earn food faster than delivering uses it up.

Managed to make it to day 7, it does kind of feel like a guessing game if you're going to find a house or not. Also the slug on the ground which restores your energy looks very good

I've played the game til day 5 but gave up cause it's just too repetitive. It's true that survival is a must IOW food must also be collected while delivering but due to same position of house, base, food and even delivery order, there's not much gameplay increase after day 1.

Congrats on completing your first ludum dare :)
As others have said the gameplay did feel a bit repetitive and houses are very far apart (especially during the tutorial). I enjoyed the voice over during the tutorial and the overall sound design.

Loved the voice acting, very rare for jams to include them

The game was a bit repetitive but fun

Also, I kept triggering the dialogue to repeat every time I walked into the house in the tutorial level

fun voice acting, the UI is clear (it may just miss a real timer in my opinion). it seemed like you can spam the same house multiple times, so i guess you deliver a lot of packages!

anyway it's always cool to see someone else making games on gdevelop, keep going!
