In level 2 I somehow fell out of the world... (while jumping into the pit where the text "ESC TO PAUSE AND RESTART" is.)
I like your graphics and the music very much. You could add some jumping sounds.

I liked the minimap and the simple graphics and the audio as well. I didn't really get how to use the package recoil to jump higher though. Overall, great job!
As far as fixing the floor clips, an easy fix I'd recommend is to cap the downwards velocity. For instance, if we assume a tile is 32 by 32 pixels (may not be true here, just using this as an example), make sure the player doesn't fall faster than 32 pixels per frame/tick (may need some adjusting based on how your physics system works)

I liked the controls, simple but effective.
I fell through the floor a few times, not sure if you're using discrete or continuous collisions, but changing to continuous may help on the rigidbody. I think some others have given pointers too.
Graphics and music were good.

It would be better if you can do restart with a keyboard shortcut.
