Behind-the-Scenes
Here is a short video showcasing my Ludum Dare 52 game development (a behind-the-scenes video), enjoy:)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=spIZi5ZQkd8
Story
After your ship 🛸 crashed on Earth, the passenger who was with you is now paralyzed and you are their only hope for survival.
You will soon come to realize that your new "friend" is not exactly the ideal companion in these dire circumstances.
Will you show mercy and spare them?
Fullscreen
For the best gameplay experience, it is recommended to set the game to fullscreen by scrolling to the bottom right corner of the screen and clicking the fullscreen icon using the scroll bars.
I also recommend running the game on Itch.io. Here is the game link.
Controls
- Movement: WASD
- Orientation: Mouse
- Grab with Left Hand: Left Mouse Button
- Grab with Right Hand: Right Mouse Button
- To harverst veggies: Grab with both hands, then look up and jump to apply force to the veggie 🥕

Game Mechanics
The Physics Ragdoll Characters in this game are an entertaining feature, and the player has the ability to interact with various objects like vegetables, elevators, shop items and more!
The game also includes roguelike elements, like a shop where the player can purchase upgrades and items.

Challenges For YOU
- Try to speedrun the game by buying the gun and bringing it to your companion.
- If anyone is able to reach the top of this tower, I will be thoroughly impressed and will have the utmost respect for your accomplishment. Please share a video or picture of your success with me!

The Future of This Project
At this time, I do not have plans to continue development on this project. However, I have recorded footage of the game jam and will be releasing a video on my Youtube Channel soon. If there is sufficient demand for more content, I may consider adding additional features and levels in the future.

I never played Human Fall Flat, but I imagine this is what it feels like. Now thanks to you I may actually consider buying that game haha.
It's really cute and fun, don't know what else to say. I haven't find any negatives. Maybe just a little one, and that is camera. Sometimes it is a bit clunky when trying to move the camera around, but nothing game breaking.
One thing I might suggest would be to make the character a different color to the ground, found myself squinting a little
The game is fun however.
I did enjoy the Human fall flat physics and the story of the game.
I really liekd the game it's like 5 fun out of fun, finally. Also it would sound strange if you open our game, but it reminds me your game, bcs it's too about harvesting things for money to the base :D
Really good entry, thank you!
Quite difficult to control, but the challenge of moving was enjoyable.
Well made graphics, the sfx and especially the squishy sound was perfect!
The music was also good, nice job!

I love the music and squeaky aliens. This is super well done!
I couldn't open the 2nd door, even though I stole the plank. :pensive:
