You have been tasked by the US government to perform alien surgery. They want to harvest an alien organ for study. This means transplanting it with whatever random junk you have at your disposal.

There's only one problem: You flunked astrobiology.

With zero guidance and the threat of galactic war if you fail, you must perform the transplant while keeping the alien alive.
