It doesn't work with a touchpad.
Also, the font is too small to read.

I do like the main character sprite though

The Ludum Dare build does not work, but the one on itch does. i did not manage to jump over the enemies, so I could not collect enough scrap. Also I had a fun bug where I was hugged by two enemies, but did not die. Interesting concept though, keep going!

I don't really understand what's going on and how to attack. When I got a sword, it hit an enemy once and and that's it. Also the font is too small

My my, it's raining handles and blades! It was however, not raining hilts so I couldn't fight at all on my first three attempts. And then I did craft a sword finally, but I wasn't sure how to use it. All in all, I found it a bit frustrating, but it has potential! Very nice character models, and the generated ground texture is charming too.

It seems like once you fall of the edges the game just seems to continue without any way to die or reset? I might have missed something.

Some feedback:

The music is ear-bleedingly repetitive. It would have been better to have no music at all.
You don't die when your health reaches 0.
There's no feedback when hitting an enemy, and it seems impossible to hit an enemy without getting hit yourself.

I struggled a little with crafting a sword, and fell out of bounds once, but I still had fun with it. Nice little game.

I can see what you were going with for this game. I think it would be fun if it was more fleshed out and polished. For example, adding animations, more control over what weapons you can craft and a story would make the game more interesting to play.

I think i get the idea with scrap harvesting but unfortunately some scrap did not register when i picked them up so I had 5 hilts, 1 blade and no handles.
