Nice game! I really loved the art-style, and the tutorial as part of the level was well made. I also liked all the little animations and particle effects. It was a bit annoying to jump over the small pits - especially as I couldn't see my shadow over them, which made it very hard to estimate where I'll land (and led to many deaths). There was a bug though where sometimes when falling down a hole and dying the restart screen wouldn't appear, and the game would be stuck forever. It happened to me twice (once in level 3 and once in level 2), and it was annoying to restart the entire game each time, so unfortunately I didn't finish it :( Other than that, great entry!

Cute platformer! I like the aesthetics of the characters and levels! Sometimes when falling it wouldn't trigger death which meant I had to reload the page and restart from the beginning, one thing I've found works well is adding a y sanity check on a player model to kill them on platformers if it is far enough down. I also noticed that jumping didn't work when walking off the edge of platforms, so adding a bit of coyote time to your floor detection would help there. Did have fun though, great compo entry!

I enjoyed this one! It's reminiscent of early 3D platformers, in a way. The way the player character jiggles as he moves is quite cute, too.

NICE JOB! I like how you placed the instructions creatively into the game. The graphics were well designed.

Great artstyle and good controls + gameplay. Levels couuld have had more interesting sections and the theme wasn't relevant.

Great platformer with a responsive and visually appealing design. The tutorial is clever and effective at teaching through gameplay.
To improve accessibility, it would be helpful to allow players to restart the level using not only the mouse but also the SPACE/X on their keyboard/controller.

Amazing controls, gave me proper Mario 64 vibes. Also enjoyed the visual style. Doesn't fit the Theme too well though!

I liked the art style, and the controls felt good! Though sometimes the small text with the heavy outline was hard to read. Also there wasn't any collider for when you fell off the world in the third level, so you couldn't restart without refreshing the page.

Nice graphics. Cool camera follow. Tight controls.
I like it a lot. Very fun to play.

Couple notes: On the third level I fell and the game never showed me the "Restart" screen.
Also, if we are using the keyboard already, maybe add a shortcut (R) for the reset button to avoid mixing up keyboard and mouse controls.

Really really good. I like the angle you took on the camera it makes it much easier to jump and land on the platforms (It actually reminded me a great deal of how jumping flash on the ps1 handles jumping). Also the effect for the levels end was so damn cool.

Graphics are great and the movement feels good. Something about it made me want to keep playing.

so with games like this my advice would be to use the shadow to allow the player to see where they will be landing, since your using a wierd angle on the game viewport. overall was a fun little game to play.

Thanks for playing and pointing out the restart issue - I fixed it as well as added an option to restart the level using R!

Nice game! I love the graphics and audio. I found my depth perception was really off for a long time, so it was quite frustrating jumping over platforms all the time, but once I got used to it, I had a lot of fun, good job :)

Really challenging ! The gap in diffculty at level 2 is huge but overall really fun.

A blob shadow would help to better understand where we are in space. Other than that I found that if you get to the right side (on the edge) you can skip almost anything (sorry).

Loved the game, nice entry!

That was a nice platformer game ! graphics are top ! . The fact that the character movement slide a bit makes it quite hard to jump on the small platforms and stay on it. I died quite often sliding off forward haha

Good job ! :tada:

@gcake I agree, removing the sliding probably would improve the controller and make it more snappy.
