Basically You play as a Farmer Daryl and Kill cows with a crossbow to get steak - I love it!

Cute! It's pretty satisfying to shoot some cows and run around picking up crops

The crossbow was very satisfying to shoot and the sfx felt really good. Picked easy mode before I understood the goal, and wound up locked into far too much game time. I feel like it would have been a better solution to put more crops onscreen instead.

Fun game! I love your sprites and the cooking menu for making so many different dishes with just a few components. The hunting is satisfying, and collecting plants while you're searching for critters is a great way to keep the player engaged. Nice job on finishing your jam game! The crossbow twang sound had a really satisfying bass note to it, so I found it fun to shoot. I'd love to see a little more depth in the gameplay, but what's here is solid, especially considering the time constraints of the compo. High scores: Easy 901, Hard 126

A super simple and pretty fun little game. A bit more gameplay would have been fun, but it is okay for a jam game. But overall an okay jam game.

780 on easy mode, fun little game, I like the addition of a kitchen screen to cook stuff, it could be awesome to get bonus with some specific dishes (more movement speed, multi crossbow shot, ...) but it's always hard with the little time of a gamejam !

The controls felt good and the gameplay was snappy! The cooking element was satisfying too (I'm looking at you King's Feast!). The art and audio were well done for a compo. The UI could use a little polish but all in all a solid entry!
