[raw]
made by Wakefield for LD33 (JAM)
Some horrible dwarfs want to stole your gold!

You´re the dragon and you`re defending your gold. Shoot with mouse left click and throw fire balls with Z.
If they stole all the gold from one of the treasures, you loose. See how many dwarfs can you kill before they stole it!

This is my first attempt programming a game and my second week coding. I´m a 3D Artist but my love for 2D games sometimes is bigger.

Kind of slow and boring. Nice graphics, bounce effects. I wish I could do more. Pretty low-key action. Maybe should be faster, more dwarves at first. But great job for first attempt making a game. Nice to see an ImpactJS game. My game also uses Impact.

Nice graphics, feels pretty solid if a little bare.

Great game. But fire goes not from dragon mouth. Maybe some perks - smash enemies, fireball and stunning howl.

Not bard (!) at all for a first game, and your second week of programming. It need a bit tweaking in the gameplay (limiting shots?). Power ups would be a great addition (killing dwarves brings you gold, you buy power ups from it...)

Liked the tiny details. We made a dragon defense game too!

Graphics are pretty nice! Gameplay is pretty simple at the moment though, and could do with some more depth. Like someone else mentioned, limited shots would be something easy to incorporate but (I think) would improve the game immensely.

Great turret shooter game, fits the theme really well. Love the bouncing mechanics of the fireballs.

Fun little game. Good work!

Constructive feedback (if you had more time):
- more variety
- more difficult
- make it more obvious that they were taking money
- there was no sound/music for me

- graphics look good, dragon is cool, blood effects are a nice touch
- congrats on your first programming attempt, programming seems solid, it's mostly the design that needs work.
- needs more difficulty and difficulty needs to ramp up faster
- what's the downside to constantly firing as fast as possible?
- if a dwarf steals my gold and i kill him then why do I still lose gold?
- why don't any enemies try to attack me at all?
- i let it just sit without attacking to see what would happen and it took about a minute before I lost, that is a long time of doing nothing
- the fireball attack on z seems kind of pointelsss
- game froze up a few times when I click away and back in chrome

Pretty fun and solid game. I feel like there isn't much to it, but what's there is really good. It's surprisingly fun getting the fireballs to bounce off the surfaces and into dwarves. As a fan of all things dwarvish and dwarf-themed, I really liked the aesthetic of this game. Would've loved to hear some sounds/music to go along with it. I feel like a bit of polish and fleshing out the game would make this game feel more complete. Really nice entry!
