Amazing soundtrack and art style. This is really polished and I love the concept of that poor chef serving up demons.

The art and music are really good. I'm a fan of these types of cooking games and the theme is pretty fun.

once i figured out how to please the customers, the game was super fun! it gets stressful so quickly, but i could totally see myself memorizing all of the recipes. the only thing i wasn't the biggest fan of was how items on the floor could get in the way of interacting with the stations but, at the same time, it added to the manic feel of the game.

Everything is pretty clear, and once you get to a point where you're memorizing recipes it becomes insane in a good way. Great presentation and mood, too. A fair representative of the genre, great work!

Learning curve is quite steep at the beginning but once you figured out where is everything, it gets easier. It's not easy to pick up the item you want sometimes and makes it frustrating as you have to walk to the bin (and after all we're in hell so isn't it the point ?)
Really nice game, the graphics, the music and the overall feel of the game is simply amazing. Well done!

Heya!

Thanks for sharing this one. I liked the concept behind the game and thought the presentation values were pretty tight. Great pixel art and suitable sound. My biggest issues with the game came down to UX issues around communication and interaction design. I felt that the learning curve was quite steep because of how little explanation there was of the mechanics (maybe due to lack of familiarity with the genre?) and often stumbled trying to select one station or ingredient, accidentally selecting another.

I thought the theme worked well with your game, and could definitely see the potential there. With a little bit more streamlining of the systems (fewer ingredients and stations, more straightforward UI), I think you would have had a bit more opportunity to polish the experience to be easier to pick up and engage with.

Thanks for the game!

Dude, you just recreated overcooked in 72 hours? Impressive! You passes the vibe of hell kitchen very well!! The controls could be a little more responsive and I guess those who never played overcooked or similar games would have a hard time learning it. Perhaps a level with a fewer request and with arrows pointing what you should do would be appreciated. I loved the pixel art and the whole theme! Great entry, and good job!

It took me a while to figure out what to do. It took me the most time to understand that if I put the ingredients somewhere, I still have to turn on the appliance and then I couldn't find the plate for a long time. I would also appreciate a panel with orders from demons. But what I have to appreciate is the pixel art graphics that just look great. Everything looks as it should and everything is perfectly recognizable. This is what pixel art should look like.

Really fun, though also really really stressful (XD)! I played this after watching AdamCYounis play it, so there was no confusion with how to play the game, which helped! It looks super great, I'm shocked at how you got everything to come together during such a short amount of time ! The music is fantastic and it works to build up the tension even more, in a beautifully composed way! It's hard for sure, but I enjoyed it nonetheless! I made a game with this same idea, so it was interesting to see how you handled it differently than me! >:3

Superb entry, I loved it!

Love the art style and the game is hectic in the best way. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realise the recipe was under every demon on the left side. The lil flames on the options sliders was a nice touch.

Loved the aesthetic overall, the sprites and the concept! It was a little hard to get the grip on it, but once I did it's been really fun to play!!
