Wow great mood and such beautiful graphics!! I'm not sure if I understood everything tho... The game is such complex at the very beginning with a lot of variables to handle.

Really awesome game ! I beat the boss in one try !! (or the second one after i understand how to play haha).
Graphics and animation are fantastic, music give you a great feelling to try hard the game ! it seem to me that can totally be (with some extra stages) a great commercial game !!

This game is hard to master, but fun to play. The music is intense, a feel of a battle is pretty exciting.
Symbols on cat teeth is a smart move.
Restart button doesn't work properly.

Takes a couple playthroughs to get the hang of it, but that's fine.
There's a lot going on, and it seems to all be functional.
"Restart" button at the end wouldn't work for me, though. Not sure if that's because of my screen resolution or what.

The pixel art is stunning! The game was a bit hard to understand in the beginning. But after that, it was fun to play!

Wish it had an in game tutorial, because i was extremely confused before realizing the game was explained in the itch description. Love the art!

The Art-Style just blew me away. One thing that shouldn't be possible though:
Me, just playing all the cards I can and then reloading with that little bit of blood it costs. No thinking, still winning. I have not much experience with card games, but you should probably do something against that playstyle.

I'll say it again, it has a cat, it looks amazing, great game.

Love the art and overall vibe. Theme was nicely implemented. I did find as with someone above that I was able to do pretty well just spamming the contents of my hand without thinking - but totally understandable with jam deadlines.
As a wish - would have been awesome if there was a bit more of a chance at a tutorial to ease into the mechanics - there's heaps going on here.

Really nice art style, very cool theme and aesthetic. The blood for cards was a little overpowered but otherwise a good idea executed well.

A very cool game with lots of polish! I couldn't figure out what all the cards do (such as the brown ghost thingie), but mostly everything was quite intuitive on the first play already. Very consistent art style, and the gameplay seems quite balanced too, just hard enough that you can't win by clicking randomly, but simple enough to play without a tutorial.

I'm not sure why I had to drag the cards instead of just clicking on them, is there anywhere else to drag them but the CAT? Maybe I missed some mechanics entirely, heh, but I still managed to beat it on the first try. (Btw the Main Menu button on the victory screen does not seem to do anything.)

Beautiful graphics and great mood! I instinctively first clicked on the cards instead of dragging them, and I was a bit confused at times because I didn't figure out what some cards do (i. e. the ghost card), but the game's fun nevertheless. :thumbsup:

There is little to say that others have not already mentioned, but I will reiterate nonetheless: Holy cow, this is a well-polished game for a Jam! Graphics, Sound and gameplay quality are all way above the usual standard I would set. The only caveat is obviously a missing tutorial. I also noticed that some lockout (especially during the cat's swipes) could have helped, along with a more core and impactful implementation of the Jam's theme.

Fun game! But twice I found myself resource starved and had a game over.
I think more visual or auditive clues would have enhanced the gameplay. Also buttons or keyboard shortcuts for a faster gameplay.

Yeah, I defeated C.A.T! Very beautiful pixel arts, nice gameplay mechanic, and awesome boss fight! Maybe it will be more challenging if the timer will become faster over time. And I think it will be very cool if adding some effects when using the card. Keep up the great work!
