Clock Climber by mistercheezymoon
When I first started this, I wanted to create some kind of world builder where you only get one tile every 10 seconds. I realised about 7 hours into creation that what I had created wasn't much fun. So, rather than throw in the towel, I realised an old game I had always wanted to remake was calling out to me, and it just so happened to be have a clock based level.
So, my thought was to have a platform game with blocks that are only active, or inactive once every ten seconds, and I realised it didn't always have to be the same second. So I could create some fairly unique challenges based on that.
Overall though, I think it often just creates unnecessary waiting. If I was going to turn this into a full game, I'd probably either have a way to speed up the clock or just not depend on it so much.
