Death Mettle by Lianne Booton
Team:
Lianne Booton - Art and programming for Windows version
James Lambourn - programming for web version (may or may not be here)
Death Mettle puts you in control of Death, committing mass genocide of the innocent and not so innocent for Jesus' nefarious weed dream to "blow shit up".
Controls are easy, murder who you think should be murdered and watch as your loveable little humans grow up and gain new traits. Will you accidentally allow the child molester to become part of the angel army? Will you spend the entire game murdering HIV babies for no good reason?
Watch the timer or it's game over.
Gaining angels requires letting good people live and not just clicking people to explode them.
POINTS:
Angel points - These are awarded for GOOD people ascending and are the highest value
Cannon points - Second highest value, for bad people reaped.
AIDS babies will deduct 50 points per kill.
SIMPLE MODE:
Kill whatever you want, you won't achieve the highest possible score however.
'REAL' MODE:
Only ascend GOOD people. Traits are weighted and points are calculated from the sum of all of a person's traits. Each bad angel ascended takes its equivalent points away from the army. Angels are worth a much larger amount of points.
Total angels on the scoreboard is the total number of ascensions, not the total available army that awards points.
Bugs:
There's a dead zone that sometimes crops up on the right hand side of the screen. Will attempt to fix this.

It was AWESOME!!! A fullscreen mode wouldn't hurt.
I did not really understood the difficulty, but slaying people at this rythm is great, and their is a great amount of different sprites/people to slay. I guess it could be a very fun game on mobiles !
The "kill stuff" skull was a bit annoying sometimes, and game crash if you score 0 ;)
Great !
Satisfying murder-tastic gameplay.
I don't particularly enjoy the timer mechanic, but that's just me. Everything else is genious. Congrats!
The giant skull that appears apparently when I'm not killing people fast enough was the only annoying thing for me, as it actually prevented me from clicking on targets, which prompted it to constantly reappear after that.
Loved the art, the music and the core concept and gameplay mechanic. Simple yet incredibly fun. It's also unbelievably polished!
I can't believe this was done by only 2 people! Awesome job, really!
