Elivair by Dexkill

made by Dexkill for Ludum Dare 51 (JAM)

Hey thanks for checking this out!

Unfortunatly I had not enough time to finish my idea, the missing parts: - Sound - Goal (a destination to explore twards) - Clean level setup - Final cutscene

Some of my core goals are implemented and met: - Have a core idea and implement it -- Core idea is: having only 10s of air in the suit and needing to travel twards new points to refresh the air - Build a 3rd person prototype - Practise enviroment and level design - Use some new unity tools like: Timeline, ProBuilder, Polybrush - Have fun

Nice try. I like the concept of exploring and needing to find air.

I like the environment design, the buildings are well made. The initial credits in elevator are a cool idea, but I think it would be better to let the player start from the top of the elevator after having died.

Thought the environment and level design was great! I felt like the camera movement was a bit confusing or hard to get a grasp of at first, I kept ending up with the camera on the ground looking up and needing to adjust which made it hard for me to get places in 10 seconds haha. But overall pretty nice, I enjoyed the intro credits in the elevator! Love the idea of learning new tools for a jam. Nice work!

I liked the color and the foggy athomsphere - so this got my attention right away. Getting out of a room in elevator was also nice touch. Somehow the mouse camera control was a bit weird but still ok. I could not find any oxigen refill stations - were there or you could not finished that yet?

Mood is great and the environment feels scary in a good way. The elevator credits is a nice touch too. I think the camera controls needs some polish because it feels unconventional. Overall not a bad game considering it is not complete, you got some good ideas here.

Sounds like a really ambitious game jam project but you've ended up with a really fun base for a game! You could really build on this. Really cool!

This is beautiful. I love synty graphics, but the added fog, particles, and set up is just beautiful. I did feel like I was fighting the camera a lot, but otherwise it worked well. I was up the elevator, and that cut scene was perfect, then exploring the little area around the the top of the elevator. I hope you finish this because it would make a fun game.
