*Bug Fixes!
- Fixed the issue of the mobile and mouse controls not working in the second and third level.
- Fixed a camera issue in the second level.
- Fixed the problem of the level not restarting when the player dies when he falls on the water.

Thanks for all the feed back. I am working on the post-compo, and will update the post with the link to it.

The Legend of Piatã

Save the animals from the cage. You control Piatã ("Man of Stone" in Tupi Guarani, a Brazilian indigenous Language) and must rescue the animals.
A mysterious force calls the awakening of the Piatã.

Controls:

Keyboard:
-Up Arrow: Jump
-Down Arrow: Fall from the Platform

Mouse:
-Swipe Up: Jump
=Swipe Down: Fall from the Platform

Mobile:
-Swipe Up: Jump
=Swipe Down: Fall from the Platform

There are five encaged animals in each level. You must rescue each one, otherwise in the end of the level, the Statue of True will punish you. You can collect the Stone Orbs, if you collect 20 you gain an Stone Armor and can resist one damage.

-------------------------------------

- That is it for today. There must be a lot of bugs, and I couldn't finish the audio, so, the music is a bit buggy and there is no sound effects. The Menu and the complete screen were rushed during the last hour, so please, forgive it :p . During the week I will squash the bugs and work on the post-compo version. That is it. Thank Ludum Dare, it was a crazy ride as always, but it was worth.

Nice game! I like the part that said "Text" :D. Jokes aside, a fun infini-runner!

This game looks great! It's pretty fun as well, when it works. There are still some bugs, and the mechanics/story are not clear in the game (only in the description)

This is pretty interesting, as far as runners go.

There was an text that read "Text" at the top corner of the screen I'm not sure what that was about.

Oh nice! Construct2! :D
The graphic is nice, gameplay too.
I found a bug that if you fall into the first pit you don't die and the screen keeps going on.
Btw nice entry! Well done!

Looks good, but I wasn't really a fan of the trial-and-error gameplay. If you were two "lanes" below the cage when it appeared on the right side of the screen there really wasn't a way to get there in time. Same problem with some of the obstacles being hard to avoid if you didn't know about them. Maybe seeing a bit further forward would've helped.

Hey @nassi , Thanks for the feed back. We are working on the Post-Compo version, and in fact we changed the camera a bit further. In the post-compo you wont need to collect all cages to complete the level, just the half, thus, collecting all cages will give a better score.

Audio is missing some sound effects, else this could be a solid entry. Great art!

The game was fun even though I had to stop playing cause I bugged out the game, (moving while dead randomly caused the piata to not respawn when level did). The graphics loked really slick and cool. I think the controls could be tuned up a bit, eg pressing down lets you continue to fall through. Good work.

The parallax background is really artistic and the style overall is great :) I also like the general gameplay(Mouse Controls are sweet!) and the soundtrack(a lot). Sound Effects would have been sweet, also a point-system :) But anyway, great game! Well done.

Loved the color palette and the music and the sprites/characters were also really well done. Being able to fall from a platform to the one below was a nice touch.

It has some bugs, like being able to move for a while after you die for instance, but other than that it was a fairly enjoyable experience.

The way the orbs were placed for instance was really smart and reminiscent of the great games in the genre.

Sadly I suck at runners, so I never made it past level 2 :/ and believe me, I tried way more times than I'd like to admit.

Despite my incompetence with this kind of game, I think it's a really good entry with a lot of potential. I'm sure this would work really well as a mobile game!

Well-made game, visuals are of course awesome, but I think the mechanics could use some tweaking to be more responsive

Difficult entry! I found the ability to adjust speed a little strange for an auto-scroller, I could use a little more time to get used to the controls. The sprites and animations are incredible, and the music is outstanding (5/5 in both categories). Occasionally the response time on jumping felt slightly slow, you might want to look at that. Overall the entry felt polished, I would love to see this as a mobile game! Great job!
