A race against the clock to gather as many edible mushrooms as you can before the pesky fungi shuffle around! Beware the dreaded poisonous red cap, while you collect and complete different wooded areas. Not bad, I wish the character wouldn't stop to a halt from those fast speeds but I got used to it.

The controls feel a bit weird, the top speed feels a bit too aggressive. But together with the chaotic music, it gives it a weird madcap energy that is quite amusing. It was a treat to play!

Oh man, feels like E.T. for Atari! In a good way! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Very speedy character, but I think it actually helps the red mushrooms feel more threatening. I also like how mushrooms can be hiding behind trees, adds some suspense when you have to run through some trees to get to a different part of the map.

For some reason I really expected there to be wraparound. Not a negative, just an observation :slight_smile:

Also, the only game I've played so far that I've been able to finish! Great difficulty balancing.

starting to really like these PICO games.. old style 8-bit graphics, cool sound effects, simple yet fun gameplay.. nice game !

Felt good. I liked how the mushrooms got increasingly more rare valuable (irl) and you had to collect fewer. I definitely felt the time pressure too! And ofc I loved the PICO8.
