Hi, I (kind of) made it!
This was the first time I've used Unity for an LD and the second time I've started the program at all. So most of the weekend I just spent messing around with different features, making a great entry for this LD was not the priority. However of course I'll upload what I got anyway, less wasteful! :) This LD brought me ideas for future gamedev projects but I will leave this as is.

Monster Huggers:

You are a Monster relaxing in the woods as monsters do, but you were found by the Monster Huggers. The extremely evil children are trying to hug you! Will you let that stand?
It's up to you, either embrace them. Or FACE them!

Controls:
You move left and right with A/D or <-/->.
Rotate your head with the mouse, face the children to keep them at bay.
Show the children who's boss with a roar using the left mouse button or left CTRL.
