I survived for 16 days. Yeah, as SmartAGamer said, not getting wood at all felled cruel. But when I noticed that trees are regrowing - I stopped to worry about supplies. Wasted opportunity to have replanting mechanic
Special thanks for WebGL version
Really loved the overall feeling this game had and the day/night cycle was so well executed. I was worried that you'd need to run far away from the house to get more sticks but the regrowing of the trees work really well and eased the sress a lot. I would only improve the controls so the main character wouldn't be so slippery in their movements.
The visuals are cute, the audio works awesome and the mechanics smooth, maybe a little too smooth.
For the first few nights it wasn't too bad, but then after the vampires started getting faster and faster and things got stressful, But in a fun way!
I survived up to day 18, but on later attempts found a way to survive up to 26 days.
Great game, thank you for making it.
(a bit to hard for me , i didnt manage to go to the day number 15^^)

This was absolutely amazing! I loved every bit of it! The art and music was obviously just superb but the gameplay was really really good! I have no criticism whatsoever, just a perfect game!
That was a butt clencher.
All of the elements came together really well. The music is great. The art is great. The pacing is great. The simplicity of mechanics is perfect for a jam game. Everything was super clear.
The only thing I would have liked to see was more positional audio on the spawning of the vampires, I lost a kid or two because they spawned on the opposite side of the building but I couldn't tell where they were since the spawn sound is centered.
Overall, a really strong entry, and you should all be proud of what you made.
ABSOLUTELY love the art and music though!! The clay-like look is cute!!!
Maybe you should add some indicators in which direction you can find the next enemy.
It's a very funny game) Very good music and graphic!
I think this is one of the best 3d-project in this gamejam!
I would like it if the wooden pegs that I extract from the trees are collected automatically at a greater distance from them. Walking around stumps and other obstacles was a bit awkward.
I also appreciate the function that if the vampire does not have time to kidnap the orphan by morning, he will die thanks to the sun. I immediately felt that the game was fair.
The game feels polished, visual and audio feedback is good and the game manages to stay manageable and ends at a good point. Very well done! It feels like this team has worked together before!
My only complaint would be the character controller being less than stellar. Simply fix that and you have an amazing game! I really hope that y'all continue working on it and make a full post jam release!
Great job friends :)
The stress of cutting down trees is very high, but it doesn't feel good to not collect the stake afterwards because of the fast movement-mechanics. Maybe the collection of the wood after cutting down the trees should be a little more convenient.
Second, I noticed a lot of children getting taken, even though I had only one left. Is that on purpose because there are more children and this is just the number I am allowed to lose?
I just want to say again, very polished game, I had a lot of fun
Graphics, music, and controls were all great. Great entry!
this game was really fun!

Thanks for submitting your game to stream!
Again, super adorable artwork here. I also love how the music changes with the day/night cycle. I also just love the absurdity of the premise.
Thank you for submition!
