Nice little game. Somehow reminds me of Bop-It. Fear the Banana Blitz!

Dude. I don't know how you add so much variety in such a simple game. It was literally just fruit dropping. And even with the events, I knew it was just gonna be more fruit dropped and I still looked forward to it!

I also appreciated how forgiving it was, I definitely caught a few "with my body"

The screen shake on movement gave me the impression Tanner and the Fruit are huge - which made it extra fun for me. Clomping around.

Loved the little monster and his death animation

I like the art, the game although simple in it's mechanics it was a good well rounded game. :)

A very sweet and fun little game. I really like the funky music. Overall a super simple and well made compo game. Well done.

The peach event is really punishing. Spawning extreme left and right feels super unfair.

Thanks for the game !

The animation is very charming especially the death animation and the little menu bounce.
I think the screen shake when you move is a bit disorienting, it's quite strong and because it happens when you move it can be a bit jarring how often it happens.

I just beat my high score 305! It's simple and fun, nice music, and quite challenging too! Maybe player can move faster if using mouse to control. Nice work!

Simultaneously extremely fun and infuriating, though only infuriating due to lack of skill. Challenging, but feels fair. The whole game is quite charming too, really like the overall aesthetic.
Thanks for this work of art.

The screen is way too small vertically because of peaches being **WAY TOO FAST**, and it's just as boring as the other games I saw.

Left hand on A & D, right hand on arrow keys, that sure did the trick!

Such a simple and perfectly mastered scope to give you ample time to juice it up and make cool modular music was an amazing idea that worked out really well! And this one is such a good demonstration that you don't need a brilliant and subversive game concept to have something super fun.

The only critique I can find is that you could have developed a more attractive and believable fantasy (=setting) and character for a very low additional time & effort cost which would have immensely increased the player's emotional attachment (and thus indirectly, fun factor) to the whole game and boosted your Mood score!

Congrats on the submission, you got me glued to it for a good while!

@talops I wasn't expecting anyone to get higher than 300 due to the difficulty scaling I coded in. I never intended the player to use both AD and Arrow keys though I do the exact same while playing for myself. Congrats on your score, you were about 30 away from beating my high score! I wish I could had added more for the background but I was already on such a time crunch. I will be sure to add better graphics soon!
