Viam in tenebris by Bewelge
In this game you have to complete 25 labyrinths - in the dark - equipped with only the smallest of light-source.
Find all the keys to unlock each exit.
Those lightning bolts provide some light from time to time. But are they doing something else? I could swear there was a path here before...
Use Arrow keys or WASD to move.

I'd be interested to see how you'd extend it with more time. I think it needs some sort of scoring (how fast can you do it) or urgency (you must complete it before the timer runs out).
Really nice art and sound.
The image noise gives a very good rendering
@rob6566 Was trying to implement enemies in the last 15 minutes but couldn't finish it in time. I think some kind of enemies or obstacles that appear over time and create some pressure to actually finish a maze quickly.
@paroxysmal In hindsight I agree, that 25 is too much. Was planning on adding some enemies in the later levels :)
@googlypoo Haha yea I started doing that too. Didn't have time to rethink the game-mechanics though :P
@wavertron @vimmagic @mdotedot Haha yea, the game definitely could use some form of upgrade system for the player speed / light range and some other things. Maybe if I'll add those things in a post-comp version :)
@matt-green Thanks! You didn't miss anything, the mazes just get bigger and require more keys to open the exit :)
@fifut Haha thanks, I wasted way too much time on that and got into quite a bit of time pressure implementing the menu in the end ;)
Anyway, the graphics is good, and the atmosphere is great. Nice use of lights.
