Really fun and innovative deduction mechanic. There was actually alot of thought put into this puzzle and I LIKE that. Also I'm a dummy so I didn't catch my husband, but at least ignorance is bliss :)

I really appreciated that you tried to do something different from other games. It's really immersive. The game needs some polish but the main idea is really cool! Great Job! We wait for your next games (:

This looked fun, was excited to solve the mystery but I got the top and bottom of my screen cut off! My fault for only having an ultrawide monitor I guess :/

I really enjoy detective games and I enjoyed this one! I didn't solve the case but it was fun connecting the dots. Good job :)

I love these kind of unique puzzle games, piecing together bits of information from all over the computer was interesting... even if I was wrong  It would be very cool to see an expanded version of this with even more options to explore!

My only criticism is that it felt like it didn't really fit with the theme, the 10 seconds to check the text messages didn't really hinder you as you could just keep reopening them.

I like the concept here a lot, but I didn't quite understand how the theme played in. I saw that there was a 10 second countdown whenever I opened a message, but there didn't seem to be any penalty after the 10 seconds. Waiting 10 seconds seemed to just be the way that you close out of messages, which you can open as many times as you'd like. The timer really boils down to being an inconvenient exit button. Would have been cool if you only got one 10 second segment to view each message.

A text based detective game is a innovated concept for an entry. Come of the UI elements seems to not respond for me, no feedback on what I had selected at the end. Maybe a little more polish, and would be a more interesting puzzle but it was still an enjoyable play-though.

Also, the embed didn't work, but the download version worked fine.

@blaster391 We appreciate your lovely comment :) We also think 10 seconds wasn't the best idea but we tried our best to fit the theme. Thanks for your feedback.

Fun puzzle game! The theme was a stretch but worked in the context of the game. Had a lot of fun playing detective.
Well done!!

I didn't quite understand why there were only 10 seconds for each message, and since I could just re-click each one again after that it removed the time stress, but that's good because even with all the time in the world I failed this so bad lol. I thought hubby was having a secret affair with his best friend Ryan from childhood oops 🤣

I DEFINITELY appreciate that you explained it at the end. These are some of my favorite types of games when done right, even though I'm often terrible at them, and this one was done very well  Just enough info to continue but required me to figure it all out myself

This game makes me feel, really bad. Well done :) Invoking a feeling with your audience (players) is definitely a mark of success, be it happy, scared or appalled. The concept of the game is well clever, and the execution matches the concept very well. I can see this expanded in so many ways into a fully fledged puzzle game where you get to catch the cheater red handed in the end or something. I missed audio, but understand that the time is a very limiting factor. It wasn't clear initially how the every 10 seconds worked, maybe a description would help the players. Overall great game, well done. Also, runs very well in the webbrowser (Safari) :)

Interesting idea and implementation of the 10s  I was a little unclear about all the clues, the game runs very well
