You achieved the theme very well!

*kid wakes up and sees footprints* "MOM! Get the gun!"

What a messed up family XD

Decent mood and cinematography, pretty good graphics, but very slow and limited interaction and not a terribly creative use of theme. Short, though, and worth a play :)

Good work on the graphics. The player moves too slowly imho. Great atmosphere

Nice job. (though very Unity fps-esque...)
I only wished there would be a twist at the end of the story.

Nice atmosphere, man. This very neutral place is creepy in a way. I kind of feel like he killed himself too.
Very abstract and nice.

I like it. Theme interpretation similar to mine

Not bad, less of a game then an interactive narrative. I liked the art style quite a bit.

Fit the theme nicely. Short enough to play through and get both endings. Impressive how much you built in just 48 hours. I'd love to see what more you could do with it.

Making the character move super slow just to make the game longer... meh. but it was nice, could be longer.

Minimalistic, simple, but conveys a message. Good job, sir!

you don't lock the house cursor
unskippable text messed up the pacing for me
i had to press e to pick up the keys - i couldn't just click?

the screen isn't wide enough it seems in the browser - text going of the right side of the screen.

Greate game. Could have been slightly more fast paced. That music haha. Loved it in a weird way, well done :)

Weird game. The story makes no sense, movement speed is painfully slow, interactivity is extremely low.

The atmosphere of mystery and graphics were pretty well done though.

I tried Chrome and Firefox and the game doesn't launch in neither :(
the screenshots are nice though!

Whoa, liked it a lot :)
Pros
* Theme implementation is very well done
* Great Graphics and creepy atmosphere
* Story was quiet good

Few issues I came by -
* Movement was a bit slow, I had to struggle with it (of course it justifies the genre of the game, but still I had a bit hard time to implement it

* Some text went out of the screen.

Overall it was very well done , Cheers :D

Nice looking game, would have been nice to have a higher mouse sensitivity and a longer story

The music was super funky, and the atmosphere felt like a horror game.

Enjoyed it :)
My issue was that whenever i looked left or right my mouse left the screen and i had to move my mouse really strange to get it back into the screen again every 10 seconds :(

The walking speed is reaaaally slow. Nice graphics and audio.

So, technical issues first:
For whatever reason, my cursor was able to leave the game window (Web), so looking around was kind of an inconvenient thing to do. Also, the right side of the screen was cut off a little because some of the text was offscreen.

I admire that you created an entire situation in this time, however small. Your game is clearly complete. The visual style, I'm not a fan of, but it's consistent and that's something lacking in a lot of games I see. Audio is kind of meh, but I very much like the alarm clock sound.

"You are not a monster" :D Had the mentioned problem with right part of text cropped a bit too

This was an interesting concept. But I didn't really feel motivated to be a monster. I didn't feel the character was justified.

It looked great though, and it was presented with such style, the dream sequence at the beginning, the flashing text. All well done I thought.

Good work!

Good game, it was quite the humoristic adventure game! It was however a little short and you moved so slow!

I think it's a short version of many crime films.
Rare to see things like this in a game jam!

Cool short game, with a bizzare story.
Moves were a bit slow, i guess it's the 6:30AM effect... I liked the dark atmosphere and music combinations. Maybe it lacks a bit of interactions.
That was fun and left me with a weird feel, as if I was missing something => Ok, i found the second ending, now i'm even more confused :)
Hum, as their are a lot of empty frames in the hero's room, my theory is that he did not killed his neightboor, he made some naked body painting with him.

Great take on the theme, impressed that you managed to model all of this in 48 hours! Would have liked the game/story itself to be longer but this is Ludum Dare after all :p Movement was also very slow, but wasn't too much of a problem as the game is fairly quick to play. Good work!

Pretty short, like mine hehehe... and it's an interesting interpretation of the theme. I liked that it has two endings. The graphics are simple, but aesthetically they look very good ^_^
