The Time Bomb by PSV Games Studio

In this game made in 72 hours for Ludum Dare 51, you control a nice robot that got stuck in a volcanic cave and needs to escape from there as fast as possible, for that he needs to use his time bomb.

But what's so special about this bomb?
- That's very simple! It's a time bomb, it makes you go back in time when activated:
When you activate the bomb a 10 second timer will start, after the time count the bomb takes you back in time to the exact moment it was triggered.
But what is this useful for?
- It's useful so you don't get stuck in places you can't get out of, just activate the bomb go to the place and in 10 seconds you'll be back to the starting position.
So the robot becomes immortal?
- Not exactly, the bomb returns the robot's atoms to 10 seconds ago but there's no way to return atoms if you don't have atoms, so be careful with lava or things that can hurt the robot.
controls
WASD - move
Spacebar - Jump
E - start the bomb
ESC - exit the Game.
Have a good time!

It's amazing how you came up with that idea.
the system is missing to disable the shaders and the player is sliding through the scenario, your game is amazing I hope it continues
I admit by the end of the demo, it got a little easy to just place the bomb where the will be a bridge then walk to the button. Player movement felt great, and I thought the graphics looks awesome. Really impressed you did this in SDL!
@assoandrea I used UPBGE
Well done!
The time travel mechanic and FX/realization is great, you really notice how much effort has been put into making that work as well as it does.
I would have loved some more levels, and even a bit harder difficulty.
@nosloofah @holyperson Thanks for your feedback! I tried to make a smoother camera for the game by making it go to the correct position very slowly, this worked but it broke the camera collision, since the camera takes a long time to go to the position that is not locked, I didn't have time to try to fix this.
@bassilij @sillyman987 @joror @thristart @blurdeblah @jlindell
@rpgfaker Thanks for your feedback!
@codey @guilloteam @fedir @thiago-nascimento @hora-timer @nativetq Thanks!
@selkieharbour Thanks for the feedback! The time was a little short so I couldn't think of more in-depth puzzles and the gameplay ended up being based on just putting the bomb in front of the platform, I had some plans to solve the problem of not knowing which button does which, I don't know if you noticed but each platform has a different color, this color is related to the button that activates it, my goal was to leave the platforms and buttons colored according to the functions but I didn't have time to implement it.
Que sensacional poder ver seu Jogo por aqui, meu caro! Como sempre, você continua mandando muito bem no quesito visual e na qualidade de acabamento do projeto. Muito bem feito, parabéns! :)
