The game is really simple, which isn't a bad thing, I just wish the game was more easy to understand and less \"dead space\" between the 10 second intervals. Perhaps having the gimmick being you have to organize the clock within 10 seconds instead of multiple 10 second intervals would make it more stimulating. I also like the visuals sort of resembling some old windows 95 type application, very nice.","format":"md","likes":1,"spam":"N"},{"id":845033,"author_name":"scottgoldsmith","author_uid":"scottgoldsmith","epoch":1664812263,"text":"Interesting concept. Really catchy graphics. Some work can be done from the gameplay side and can be a made a bit more complex. I think the 10 second rule did redistricted a lot of possibilities. You should try to remove the ten second rule and add a little more complex mechanic in the game, that is if you planning it to take further. Overall good job and all the best. It took me a couple of rounds to fully get the hang of what I was doing, and it's also pretty slow in the early rounds when you don't have many cards. However, once you start improving your deck and getting more powerful cards like the one that draws three at once, the game really comes into its own.\n\nYou still have a lot of dead time at the start of each level, but as you get more and more cards and gears and things snowball, you find yourself with plenty to do in between each number. I was impressed with the number and variety of cards, and they all work well together to create an excellent game of strategy. I actually had to tear myself away from it just to write this review! Well done! I'd love to see you flesh this out into a larger game in the future.","format":"md","likes":0,"spam":"N"},{"id":891628,"author_name":"tanis","author_uid":"tanis","epoch":1666169857,"text":"It's a solid idea. I like the mechanics. I might have skipped something in the instructions completely but I felt you really couldn't lose? Sorry if I misunderstood. This made the play not as interesting as others have found (I mostly placed gears and cards inlays, did not find much use for the other cards). UI could be improved a bit. Great job though, balancing this kind of game and especially in 48 hours is challenging.
