I Wanted A new Tower Defense Game by Lerc
It's a tower defense game.
It's a web game but it runs nicely on my phone, hopefully it will on yours too.

I managed to get to wave 47, and dang near beat it too.
* I didn't realise there 1X symbol was a button, I assumed it was some kind of combo meter and that I was missing something. it wasn't until I read the comments here that I realised my mistake.
* The money you gain for each kill seemed kinda low. it forced me to play on the high speeds to avoid sitting and waiting, but then the mobs flashed by very quickly. Even then I never got to afford the most expensive item.
* Audio would have been good.
This is just opinion; but I'd remove the time multiplier and balance money, cost and the rate at which waves spawn so that changing the speed isn't required.
All in all a solid entry.
I really dig the art style you went with for this. I'm not much of a tower defense player but this was approachable and I felt like I was able to get some mastery rapidly.
Biggest thing that stands out to me is that I've been noticing that there's a really big difference in engagement between total silence and even minimal sfx if they're not terrible. I think some little pew-pews would have enhanced the experience a lot.
Game play is solid. I appreciated the time multiplier... it allowed me to speed to the next threshold of money I needed for the next defense.
As @martink mentions the amount earned per mob kill seems low but I found this to be okay as I used the multiplier a lot.
Overall I quite enjoyed this game and will play it again. Congrats on the great entry.
Right now theres not so much to set it apart from other TD games, but there's a lot of potential in what you have so far and a lot of different directions you can take it. I think having multiple levels maybe for a story campaign mode would be cool, but having randomly generated levels would serve it really well for unlimited replayability, heck ya!
Playing at 8x was my preferred way because it is very slow paced at the normal speed.
Those damn spheres are really tough! When they come in big swarms I could not stop them.
