The graphics and sound are the game's biggest strengths. It is visually consistent with nice background and sprites. The music and effects are fitting and complement each other quite well. You did a really good job on that.
Sadly the controls are rather weak. It is very hard to move the player around and hit the crabs on the head; given these constraints the time limit is simply way too low. However, these should be things that are easy to fix by fiddling around with the movement constants, so this could be turned into a fine game quite quickly.
A bug: When the time limit is below 10 and you get hit for a 10 seconds penalty, the game locks up completely and you have to force terminate it. Oh dear!
Nice sound effects, good artwork.
I found it difficult to stay alive, but judging by the scoreboard I just suck.
Rather difficult though, I found it hard to catch up to the crabs and relied on them going in my general direction.
And considering that you made this in XNA you made a great job, because XNA is very difficult(I made a game once for university in XNA, it was a pain in the ass :D)
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=" + template.Replace(" ", "%20").Replace("#", "%23"));
"template" holds the text. %20 and %23 are encoded spaces respectively hashtags.
However, the platforming is extremely laggy. It takes forever to start moving, and I had trouble just jumping onto a platform above me. When I did manage to jump on the enemies, it seemed random whether they damaged me or died. I think you put too much effort into the online components and not enough into designing the core gameplay to be enjoyable.
Also, it's impossible to restart the game without submitting a high score. A "restart" button next to submit would've been very helpful when I didn't want to tell the world I got 0 points.
On a less important note, the game froze up/kept spawning spiders after death/was generally randomly unstable. But that's to be expected from ld titles.
