Reactor Guy by GummiBot
HI ALL!
In the game you are a volunteer that is going to delay the nuclear reactor explosion in order to enable whole town emergency evacuation. You try to fix what is breaking, but you don't know exactly how (trial and error is the key). Manage reactor heat and your radiation until everyone is safe.

#EDIT: Fixed two bugs that I did not think about when released:
- two points minigame (the one in front) can't take both balls in one spot anymore (you need to properly try to find another)
- sliders now properly check proper position on mouse release (it does not count the position on mouse release but target position)
PS.: That was awesome experience, as it was my first Ludum Dare, I wanted to participate in Compo category (I don't like taking it easy). I am quite happy of my work, I finished all that I wanted so please enjoy! :D
Programs that I used: Gimp, Aseprite, Substance 3D Designer, Blender, Unity, BoscaCeoil, sfxr, Audacity
PPS.:
Don't judge the code, it was a wild ride...

Lol, felt the urge to run with shift.
Nice one, really cool graphics, sets the mood really well on your role.
Thanks
For me the animations could be a bit faster but maybe that was part of the design.
I played it several times and it was fun. Congrats on your first LD game :tada:
The sound and lighting really contribute to the atmosphere, great job on both of those!
Anywho, I really liked the setup and the concept here. The little ring you walk around and play small minigames to fix/balance the reactor was a good gameplay loop! The art was also not bad at all, and i think you lit the environment really well, and the reactor had some cool effects going.
The music was a little distracting imo, but I very much enjoyed that you added in a sensitivity/volume slider! Thats some solid polish right there.
Some of the minigames were confusing at first. It took me 2-3 playthroughs to understand what to do - i think some more visual indication on the slider minigame would go a long way, since it only turns green once you release it.
Overally this was a really solid entry! Great work :)
You are very right, music making is one thing that I need to work on  That's why making this slider was a must.
Thanks very much for the insight, glad you liked it :)

No problem. Its your first LD, so I wanted to let you know that its allowed :) and thank you for making a cool game!
I love the idea of having multiple mini games to play.
The sci-fi vibe to it does make it interesting and makes me wanna try longer to see if something happens.
good concept to be evolved post jam

I forked it on Github, so the source of this is out there, though I messed up some of the commit messages haha.
Well done!
