Nice work, I like the platforming and basketball themes. I found myself more often than not just running up and "slam" dunking the ball without shooting as the using W to aim felt kinda bad with out having an aiming marker. But, that being said the sound effect were nice and I really liked that how to ball bounced around as I threw it. Would be really cool if once you scored both hoops you were brought to a new level with different platforming layouts. Although, that takes time and we didn't have a lot. Great work, you should be proud.

This was really fun! Gave that high score itch and it felt like I was starting to get pretty good at it.

Nice work, I must admit the first time through I forgot what key it was to shoot so played the entire game dunking. I played again and paid more attention to the rules and it was almost a completely different game. Timing your catches, layups, hitting the angles to get more than one basket was so much fun. Good job.

Very nice artwork, and very well designed game!
As @taffaz , I only dunked at first, and then realized I couldn't really beat the clock this way, read the controls again, and the game was very different.

Really nice submission, would love to see more levels/layouts!

It's a really good game! I'm actually impressed that you found game mechanics that require skill and offer opportunities to improve the strategy. I really had fun trying to optimize my approach. My high score is 66, not sure that it's very good though :p

The intro screen visual is dope, and the pixel art is very good overall!

The sound effects work well, too bad that there is no entertaining music to go with it. I think it would definitely help the mood!

Very good entry!

Nice game, The gameplay feel very responsive especially when you chain multiple loop when throw.

This is a fun game, though I wish that you had bgm and more polish on the graphics. Whenever I scored it didn't really feel very exciting. In the future maybe add cool particles or something when scored. Neat concept though!

Nice art! Interesting gameplay actually. Trying to catch the ball after shoot is one of my favorite mechanics

Nice game! The controls feels a little off in the beginning, but when you get used to them, you can land pretty neat trickshots! Catching a ball in mid air to thown it on a ring feels good :v:

Genuinely fun, hitting multiple in quick succession and maybe sometimes missing and running after the ball like a fool. Wet. like. water. (if you know you know). Great entry :)

Lol, this was great. The physics felt balanced and the overall feel of the game was honestly just right. You have to be a little quick to decide whether you should dunk or whether you really should throw the ball. I think the best skill to practice in this game is actually retrieving the ball when it bounces back. Especially loved how you could see the next hoop to shoot from. Helps you plan well in advance. If I had any complaint, it would be that I wasn't completely sure of the angle the ball was going to go when I held W. None the less, it's a great and polished entry.

First 99 and then 105! I love the animation and the game itself. I miss a little music and game adjusted to the theme. Overall, nice and great game!

This game is awesome! It felt so smooth, the sounds were great, the graphics were really well done. I never thought I'd enjoy a sports game, but you've proven me wrong! This was so unique!

Congrats on the really great job!

Really fun game! I really liked that you could see were the back ring was going to be it allowed me to plan my path accordingly :D good game design on that part :p

@rasblo yes I find myself running around like a fool trying to catch the ball in real basketball, so I wanted to emulate that :D. Lol thank you for playing!

A polished game about a nice and solid concept! The game felt smooth, without weird physics interactions and/or glitches that I could feel. The game seems well balanced with the timer and movement speed. Once you get into the flow it becomes super fun! Only gripes: it took me a while to get used to the control scheme. I actually expected W to be the JUMP button, so even though I read the instructions my brain constantly kept pressing W to jump. Another thing is that I expected the 'thow up' functionality to actually throw the ball straight up, but instead it was with a curve which I think is less intuitive. Other than those I think you did a great job, GG!

I'd echo what others have said about the controls but also it was so satisfying just messing around and doing trick shots. I liked the somewhat tactical addition of showing where the next ring is gonna be. Overall nice work!

This is nice, the ball throwing physics are really satisfying. It's a simple concept, but I appreciate how the next target is shown as a ghost, it allows you to plan ahead and try to combo your throw to bounce into the next target. I found myself throwing laterally most of the time, but being able to target your throws in different directions makes it feel quite expressive. The speed of the bouncing ball is tuned so that it is tough to grab if you're not predicting its next bounce. My best was 79. Really well done.

I like all games that are related to sports. But there is something that I like even more. I love real sports, including basketball. I often bet - https://melbet.com/ It was a great support for my financial well-being when I was a student and I have not forgotten my hobby even now. It would be great to see a complete list with a rating.
