The Adventure of a Lifetime by JamPaktGames
The whole game takes place in the hospital room, with an adventure told by doodles drawn by Mason. Mason will die at the end of this game, you cannot change that. But you have the choice to join him on his adventure or not. After all, it's not about the destination, but the path you took to get there.

The art is on point, it goes perfectly with the mood of the game. It's flavourful and dynamic. And I want more of it. The menu screen, the fox, the dino jumping anticipation. Hmmmmouah. Also the text is a really nice touch.
The music changes and goes along with the story. It really helps selling the story beats.
The cardiogram really got me. I was smiling and tearing up.
It's basically 3 games, but with simple mechanics, all there to support a story and a mood.
I'm keeping this one in my bag for bad days. Thank you for making this <3
The first level was a bit confusing and hard in my opinion, the second was a bit weird to me as well (blue box how?), but the last level (in combination with the story line) was POWERFUL. The track with the different speeds, the coming hospital elements in sync with the game was really strong.
Overall I liked it, but I think you wouldn't need to make the game that hard or confusing, the storyline and how you interacted with it especially in the last level was just PERFECT in a way. Big props to you! Amazing!

Bird section was pretty hard but only took a few tries (though definitely could use some balancing to keep the story moving). Not a fan of the jump in the first platforming section but it wasn't bad, reminded me of Inside/Limbo with the light puzzles. Music was great, especially the end song and the heart monitor sound syncing with the music. Good concept overall.
