I think this is a pretty good intepretation of the theme because you're eventually gonna lose no matter how good you are. On the flip side, the movement speed feels too slow and the jump is too floaty so the controls feel kinda mushy. Changing the gravity and speed will defininitely make things more crispy, good job :D
Edit: One more thing, this is something that many people don't realise unless it's not there, but there must be a decently lenient buffer where you will still jump if you pressed jump a bit too early or if you pressed jump right after walking off a platform. Do add these buffers in any future platformers and they'll feel much better, trust me :)

Nice submission! It's a simple concept, but a classic one. Improving the jump would probably be the highest-impact change that you could make to this one. Higher gravity would help, but it would also be nice to be able to jump different heights by letting the player release the jump button to stop jumping. Good work!

22 clones, come at me :stuck_out_tongue:

Had a lot of fun with this one. Simple enough but there was something addictive about trying to find the best spot on the map to sorta hide-out.

Agree with the other comments that the movement could use some fine-tuning.

Simple but addicting! I keep trying to improve my score but after a while it feels too random. Very fun though, gg

I got to 22 clones also^ LOL. Was a good dodging game with quite a bit of skill, I feel like it was 80/20 skill luck. I think my game is like the opposite. Fun game, would have been nice to have extra animations on the enemies. Good Submission.

I think its very clever to represent the Score with the clones.
Game is difficult and Simple in the good way of the Word. Good work! :)

31 clones. I was lucky. They left me alone for quite a long time on the upper left platform  I agree with some others. A bit more predictability on where and how the clones show up and some fine tuning of the player movement and you've got a good game!

Deceptively difficult, but fun!

Enjoyed the game. It's simple and to the point of the theme, and quite difficult. As someone pointed out the character is a bit floaty, I don't know if it is intentional or not, but adds some difficulty to the game as well.

Fun game! I got to 48 clones I think because one of the top islands ended up being a bit safer than the rest! Seemed like they struggled to get to it the most so I kind of hid there :).

nice game. I would have loved some more movement options though. Very unique game. Good job.

Simple and effective I think. The clone movement was a bit too unpredictable for me though and I found it tough to actually strategize my survival. Good game though.

Fun game, the platforming is a bit floaty but that helps to dodge the clones.

The concept is good, with some levels a polishing could be a very good minigame.

Simple but effective! I did feel like the movement was a bit hard to control. Making everything slower, allowing variable-height jumps, and tweaking the jump arc (lower gravity on the way up, higher gravity on the way down) would probably all help make it feel more in control. Nice job!

Nice game! I feel the music fits the erratic tone of the game. I assumed the clones would mimic my movement and/or spawn on my spawn point and do that. As already has been said, the movement of copies is kind of unpredictable. I also found the top left being the safest spot on the map.

Good job with the entry!
