Cool idea, the ticking clock make it super tense and very tricky

Intersting but hard game. Maybe you could polish it up and release it?

Great job finishing your game! It seems like it would be pretty difficult to actually lose since the coins respawn and the timer is so long relative to the size of the level. Maybe subtracting more time for colliding with enemies could help with that. I also wasn't sure what the wire items did. I liked your choice of sound effects. I hope to see you in more jams in the future!

The music makes it pretty tense! I played on normal and managed to get over 200 coins but got too distracted trying to collect coins that I didn't realise I ran out of time. Overall, pretty good! I had that sense of trying to delay the inevitable

Great execution of the idea! It fits the theme well and the graphics and music work very well together. The dash sound effect was a bit too loud, though. I think the normal difficulty was a bit too easy. The hard one was more reasonable and should probably be the default.

Good classic platformer, the management of the music is strange but the concept is original, and work fine. Good job !

Neat game. I think some tweaks could be made to how the time is handled - there is no consequence for getting hit by the enemies or spikes other than going back to the start position, and once you collect all the wires, there's nothing left to do other than keep collecting coins. Not a bad entry, however!

@cruise-elroy The wires do respawn, but there isn't enough time on hard mode.

A classic platformer, it's always a pleasure to play something like that. I especially appreciate the music. good entry

All around a pretty solid game! the best part (and the most important part) is that its fun. I found it pretty satisfying to just dash through enemies, so much so that I started ignoring the main objective just to mess around! I think that implementing some particle effects when killing an enemy could be cool. In summary: simple, good, & fun.

Congrats on your game!! It's a cool simple idea, well executed!! Of course it's a jam game and it could use some polish in terms of animations and stuff, the arstyle is neat, it has its personality and looks cool. Keep up the great work!! Solid game

Neat game, I like that you put a difficulty setting as I'm so bad at platformers
The music and sounds effects are really good and add to the game!

Nice game. The difficulty option is nice, and the general concept and implementation is also great.

Great job on your first game jam submission :)

I think the jump + dash could be more powerful. I tried to use it to get over some of the double spike traps but died. This may just be personal preference, but I think dash could be on another button like 'shift' or 'E'. I kept tapping space to jump. I've seen some games use W and space to trigger jump.

Nice, I have some details to point out tho. The coins weren't aligned, it's just a lack of polishing but sometimes I couldn't grab coins because of that offset. Also you can't see the traps below you and since you start on top and have to go down, it's annoying.

Credit to you for putting selectable difficulty options in! Would really love to see how you progress from this with your post-ratings period polish release if you do one.

Runs really well! no bugs or anything even on a complex map like this :) One thing I was missing were some simple animations, that's were I personally would focus on for next time. Great job! :D

Interesting little game, although I couldn't figure out how to reach some of the wires. The fact that the dash is an attack had me confused, since it does say that in game but doesn't say that on the page here.
