Silentio by Emulization

* Close your eyes, dream of the lights.*
* Take your time but never too much.*
* Feel the lone and watch your tone.*
Cause there is someone in the dark.

With only a guitar and the power of his music to fight in a world dominated by darkness, will Purrcy be able to cope with his difficult struggle with the arch enemy, which is the main cause of darkness, the darkness that absorbs all the colors and music that is beautiful in the world?
You must dodge the forces of "the darkness" rhythmically with the music at the right time, you compose the music yourself with your movements (arrow keys) and this will keep you alive, energy consuming light attacks (space) will disrupt "the dark" to create space for your defense. If your energy bar peaks, it will reset the light itself. Your main goal is to defend the areas that are important to your psyche (after jam version only) whilst you stay as far away as possible from the dark. If you fail, you become deaf and fall into eternal silence.
This game was produced by 3 people in 72 hours under the scope of Ludum Dare 50th and the Jam's theme was delay the inevitable.

That said, making a rhythm game is quite difficult.
There is a lot of potential in this game, though, and ironing out complex(er) mechanics isn't easy to do in the space of a single jam so very, very well done!
Also the art/music/sounds are great and really work together to build a very grounded mood, great work!
