Eating the same color three times in a row seems to do something but I have no idea what "^^
Graphics are pretty basics, but the overall really has a charm
Everything works well together
I liked the idea of having a variable wing flap based on, something (breathing in/out I believe in this case), but I feel like it was a bit too much on top of the sorting colours challenge on top of the managing wingflaps to food consumption <- changing food consumption levels is very cool though.
Perhaps my issue was that a critical piece of knowledge for game mechanics was situated behind the character, when we have to be looking forwards, so it made it feel like flap strength was random as the bar was outside of my focus. I frequently found myself floating *just* above a butterfly that I wanted.
The music was a delight though and it was overall an uplifting feel, despite us slowly starving a bird.
Well done! :D
The controls feel a bit too sensible for me. Only two short clicks can take the bird to the top of the screen. I would like a bit more control over the bird's position. It took me a long while to understand that the bar behind the bird is actually the flap strength. I like it as a concept but maybe it did not end up working so well in this case. It feels quite random and it can be hard to understand for the player.
Overall, a nice and solid jam game. Could have some potential if you keep developing it after the jam.
