Incredibly amusing. Love the fourth-wall breaking and all the fun interactions with the player. Could easily see this concept being expanded into a larger story too! The pixel art was cute, and the gameplay worked well, simple as it was. Mostly just kept chuckling at the AI as I played.

At first, I thought "ah, boring" and tried to close the game. And the game started becoming more interesting after each click on the "close" button! Wow.

A very unusual game. It can be a good-selling game if you expand the story and make it on Steam/Itch :fire:

A really unique and funny idea! Had a great time playing around with the AI. And the actual dungeon gameplay was good as well 👍

This was great, giving the game itself a voice and feelings was fun, and building your own dungeon, this feels like an amazing concept to expand on.
Looks and feels great, fun and great writing on the "game AI" aswell.
Would love some music and maybe some typing sound effects when talking with the AI, anything else i feel could be done, would only be additions for it, if it where to be made a bigger game.
Great work, i liked this =)

Incredible idea! Think about it. We game designers are in the same position as this AI in game.LOL

Really cool concept, I love the idea of a player driven procedural dungeon. The AI writing was enjoyable as well.

The actual game felt a little flat though, I think making the AI options more "drastic" or "impactful" would go a long way to making this into a full game. Nice work!

Felt sad closing the game. Good Job.

Love the use of theme. It's so funny! I wish it was longer. Like it can minimize the application instead of closing hoping that you wouldn't notice . But still a solid jam entry. Great job

Gameplay is like build your own toy but you build a game. And someone kindly judging your choices

I had a lot of fun with this one! I feel like you could expand this into something really interesting. Not much more to say that the past few posters haven't covered, but thanks for a fun game.

Oooooh! I loved it! I wish there was a sound atmosphere to make it more joyful, but everything else is fine. We can easily imagine an entire game where we befriend this AI, we cooperate with it to progress in the adventure. In a few minutes we already get attached to her! And you responded perfectly to the theme. Good job! =)

Fair warning to the dev that my antivirus really didn't want me running this one for some reason, and afterwards the folder the game was in refused to be deleted. I'm genuinely commenting this in good faith because I doubt you're trying to infect people's computers via a game jam, but I'd look into why this is.

This is an awesome game!! Right in the essence of the theme and almost perfect!
I was searching for some improvement but I only find one thing: it's possible to attack from behind a wall! Which can have a really negative impact on the balancing of combat. I know the core of the game isn't really the game itself but it's a little something you can improve.
I would love to see more interaction with the AI too, maybe next year ahah!
(and of course the audio )
Take care!

Thanks for all the feedback!

@charred-axolotl I'm sorry that's happened. I tested on plenty of machines and only saw windows warning about running it because the app isn't signed with a certificate. I've not encountered the issue with deleting, though. Maybe you have an overactive antivirus which has a lock on those files?

@kastaff I saw that "attack through the wall" bug and was thinking to add part where the AI acknowledges it and asks if you want it fixed :D

@juhrjuhr Oh yeah!!! It could be so fun!! And to aad a system when if you seem to loose interest, the AI asks you if you want to glitch the game, I could see so much depth in this type of gameplay!

This idea is genius, my favourite one so far. I didn't think about the possibility that it could something that's not the player (in this case, THE GAME ITSELF) that wants to delay the inevitable as long as possible. And I really like the dialogue with the AI, it was sad to close the game. Bravo!
