I honestly wasn't very good at it, but I did find that just keeping my hands off the keyboard every once in a while, I would just continue down the course fine. I also found there to be a couple jumps where there was an off-screen floating rock that it would cause me to run into, maybe that was on purpose and I am suppose to remember, but it didn't feel great running into something that I had no control over after doing well for a bit. Also the death screen with nugget getting squished is very funny.
