Inspired by our net connections cutting out right after the theme was announced and fun times with ISPs' phone support, we made a game where you provide terrible support to innocent civilians for sweet cash to buy more phones on ePay. You monster.

The game sorta of hung up on me, i was stuck on an endless telephone loop while notifications came from everywhere (also some choices sometimes don't work), I surely don't remember my Undergrad life being so exciting.

From the small portion of the game I saw though it is a cool idea.

Nice choice of subject, nobody likes those call-center people. The only problem I have is that requests come in faster than I can read them from time to time, and in other times I wait for minutes where nothing happens. Perhaps a bit too random in this case.

God. The sounds. They are so annoying!

And that's the point c:

Now I get why I shouldn't go into IT.

A pretty addicting game, I can't stop to close tickets! :D This is a good reflection of call-center reality, very insteresting.

I'd better reboot my mousepad and it worked! Nice game, only thing that annoyed me a bit was that I got called while i was on the phone with someone. Keep it up.

This game is such a good representation, that I feel like saying it's fun, would mean tech support is fun. Which clearly is (not). So I'll just say it's one of my favourites this LD! You are truly a monster

IT simulator in a nutshell :

Get a call for having a computer imploded
Ask if the user tried to turn it on and off again
User tells he can't find the power button
Tells user to install gentoo

Seriously though this was fun, a bit far from the theme imo, but still fits in a way :) also the tickets and calls may come a bit too fast

This game is too realistic and should be kept away from children

Very fun and annoying game :D loved it. I really liked the aspects of being able to upgrade your workplace and the tech. I am not sure how some of the options work but still fun trying to catch up with those constant notifications. Oh and yeah the sounds are killing me :P

Fun, addictive game. I included it in part 31 of my Ludum Dare 33 Compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/ZV7CU8j_StI
