Well, this was terrifying. Great job!

The core game loop was good. Rushing madly from one end of the ship to the other with just non-stop chaos all around you was fun. I liked the implementation of the directional indicator arrows! All that was missing was a little haunting background music.

Well done.

Great game! I liked all the different things that could go wrong. Well, maybe "like" isn't the right word... :D Fire took so long to put out, I think it'd feel more madcap if fires could be put out at a biiiit faster rate. Also, I'm used to top-down games like this allowing me to use my mouse to direct my "bullets" (water spray) and so I kept messing up the controls. Overall though, this is a great game and I really enjoyed playing it!

Great core gameplay loop! Still a couple bugs here and there (specifically, I clipped out of the walls a few times), but that's expected of a game jam game. But overall, great work!

Great job! The game makes me terrible anxious in a good way, I'm lucky to not be that astronaut!

Yeah fires need to go out faster, also not clear why YOU DIED is triggered either for me, probably a visual cue I missed. Decent effort all around.

The main loop was fun, but I feel like there should've been some more variation to the loop, like maybe playing more around the player needing to prioritize different tasks in order to survive longer. As it was right now, I had no issue running between all the tasks and completing them all.

The gameplay felt smooth and the controls worked really well. Good job on the game!

This game is awesome! A great idea for jam, that I even wanted to play more, though it might be worth adding different difficulties, after which I would want to go through each one. The graphics are excellent, and most importantly, head notifications have been added.

Very neat! Interesting approach making the fire not kill you but just act as a barrier, that was unexpected but ended up working very well with the oxygen issue. Sound effects, interaction, controls, all very nice! The only suggestion I would personally offer is _not_ having it be winnable, and instead have a survival time count up. To be clear, I only suggest this because of the theme! For a regular game or different theme, this would be amazing. Perhaps having an endless mode or something would allow both. I say this because I was oddly both pleasantly surprised and disappointed when I managed to win on the second play, I was kind of expected some other catastrophic failure when the timer got to 0 because of the theme...
All in all though, very well done.

Best ending, I like the fire spread effect and the lighting is so good. Gameplay was stressful but to be expected, although it doesnt really fit the theme nothing was inevitable here. Anyway Good job.

@kristinamay the intention was that The fire would get out of hand quickly (The inevitable), but the game ended up being too easy as others have mentioned. We thought about the mouse aim, but we wanted the game to be playable with 1 hand.

@str0nkyk0ng wow really? We never experienced this bug during few hours of playtesting.

@cryptomnesic when the AI says "60 seconds oxygen remaining" a Red 60s countdown begins and you need to repair the Life support before that. I also died 1 time like this as I was happily fire fighting, so definitely the visual and audio cue could Be stronger and more forgiving.

@linnet5 Balancing difficulty for this game was tricky. I came up with a dynamic difficulty system that would adapt to the player skill level, but I did not finish it before the jam ended :(

@exaggegen Good idea, I might add those after jam. :)

@kirypto Thank you! I actually started to feel the same way during playtesting, endless/hard mode is definitely needed! I wanted the game to have and ending because I knew that everybody would be making endless-survival games and I wanted to tell a "story".

This was really quite fun. I ended up letting the fire spread and just made corridors for myself to get to the engine, the computers and life support.
I loved the feeling that it was a one person Among Us (where the ship seemed to be sabotaging itself).

Really solid jam game! The "cutscene" at the start sets up the mood perfectly and after that I immediately knew what to do. Adding the direction indicators on screen was also a neat idea. However, at some point I had like 10 of those indicators on screen and it was hard to understand which one of those hazards should be my priority.

For a jam game I think the gameplay loop had enough variety to keep me interested. Surely, you could add more but this was just enough for a game of this length. Maybe if I would have died I would have hesitated to start a second run.

But overall, very solid entry.

Liked it! The audio and graphics were good. Like how it was pixel art yet had lighting. Intro and outro were nice. Was surprised when I realised I had no ability to die so just stood amonst the fires haha. Fun game!

Fun game, love the concept, but yeah, there are some balancing issues, as others mentioned. Still vary playable, though, thank you
