Satisfying control mechanic, great amount of different missions that hard to imagine for such short period. One of my favorite this LD.

Probably, one of the best LD49 games I have played. Amazing variety of missions and gameplay for a jam game! The music and atmosphere was also very good! Maybe a flash warning could be a good addition to avoid causing seizures to hypersensitive people in the storm beacon level.

Nicely done! I do have some trouble with this kind of controls be the game experience is really good with a good variety of mechanics and nice animations. The sound feedback is also quite satisfying.

Very good job on your entry!

That was reallly an awesome game, with a lot of level and music was really cool with !
I can see some point to improve it :
- Less time to lock a target (or accelerate when target don't moev or is in good position) (why only two first level have missiles ? that's a cool feature !)
- Change level with spacebar
- Camera will not just follow missile, but have a target on missile AND plane (or center to missile, but if plane is away, retarget plane)
- More colors, at least in explosions maybe (the red that you use is too much dark I think)
- I beat the boss because when I'm just at the screen limit, it don't shoot me, I think this is a problem because the fight lose interests

A very polished entry, with a great variety of missions and objectives. I really liked the missile lock on mechanic. I didn't think that the theme came through from the game itself; perhaps if the unstable weather affected the missions in some way? A great entry!

This game was awesome to play. The music felt on point and was well done. The controls were nice but the acceleration and deceleration could be made longer. Graphics felt a bit hazy and unpolished. It surprised me that there were multiple levels with different objectives so that was a nice addition. Some sort of story mode (perhaps portrayed through dialog like in star fox) would transform this game from a simple jam prototype into an amazing game.

The controls and style for this game seemed really cool, but wow the 4th or 5th level or whatever was intense. Take a look at http://gameaccessibilityguidelines.com/avoid-flickering-images-and-repetitive-patterns/ for things to avoid in your next game, or alternatively provide an option to turn flickering off.

Awesome music to go with a great game. I really enjoyed the locking mechanism in level 2, made me feel like I was playing a 2D version of Top Gun :) Personally I would have loved to see that part expanded. The theme was not that clear in this game and it feels like you could have done more to incorporate it.

I'm impressed with the variety of enemies and missions packed into your game. Flying around hammering on the space bar with my right hand felt awesome. Great work!

very good game, the only thing that confused me was when I was suddenly able to shoot without having to lock on as it didn't occur to me I just kept trying to dodge instead of actually fighting.

You absolutely nailed the controls - they were really tight and you always felt in control of the steering. I liked the variety of levels/missions and the overall creativity of it all. Nice work!

I really enjoyed it :). One tiny thing: at first I thought the game didn't work as spacebar did nothing, I opened it in a new browser to try again - only to later find out about the locking mechanism

Really cool game - the amount of missions was really impressive. Shooting was kind of undercommunicated. I didn't understand the lock on mechanic, then didn't know I could shoot later. I also found the amount of hits the enemies took kind of excessive, especially with how hard it was to hit them. Overall pretty cool!
