For my 11th Ludum Dare, I present you all....
-- == TAGWYHOPPDaaDoSS == --
(The Amazing Game Where You Hand Out Publicity Pamphlets Disguised as a Dinosaur or Something Similar)
== THE GAME ==
The big city with streets full of people. You hate it. Your job sucks. You hate it, too. Every day you face the same internal fight: Earn money... or punch those who pass by making fun of your uniform?
Try to make a living handing out pamphlets or hit people "by mistake"!
== HOW TO PLAY ==
You have 1 minute to hand out the pamphlets and earn money. Be careful because if you run out of papers, you'll start hitting people and losing money! Recharge them on the "recharging station".
Hold long enough and you'll receive the greatest help!
== CONTROLS ==
Cursors / ASDW - Move
X / Left Mouse Button - "Give"
M - Mute music (Sorry)
Escape - Exit / end game.

Great work!
(And music is not that annoying, relax)
For a compo entry this is very well polished.
That said, I did find the game to be repetitive. Perhaps a mundane job was intentional, but it didn't feel like that aspect of the game added much. Pluto's heart power-up was a nice addition, though, that did add some strategy to the game.
Overall, good job!
I had to go fullscreen for the controls to work, but otherwise it was a lot of fun
