The game crashed for me and I quite didn't want to install game maker. But despite that I think its a very nice game

seeing the red dot on the map and then having it start going all static was genuinely unsettling

The slow movement speed really makes you feel uneasy! I although I wish it stayed dark and that you could interact with the keyboard. But it really got a good scare out of me, very cute arstyle and solid jumpscare hahaha!

Nice graphics and mood! Felt uneasy the entire time, even though I beat it first try. :p Movement feels faster if walking diagonally, I don't know if it actually is though, but I kept moving diagonally the entire time. :p Would have preferred if you would walk with WASD since you need to use the mouse, but this is really good either way!

Nice job! Graphics gave me bomberman vibes, nice and simple. In my opinion, map should have been smaller.

Very cool game!
The simple fact that the game is made entirely by one person is incredible in itself.
I was very scared even with the minimalist graphics!

Nice little game. I didn't find it too hard to avoid the enemy, they didn't seem to chase me very much. Were the blood pools there so I would leave trails? I noticed I would leave bloody footprints around. One other thing was that the key being yellow on the map blended in with the white, and I thought it was just a closet or wall. Besides that it was great! Well done!

@raphiell Hey thanks for the play and the feedback! The enemy chooses a random point on the map and goes there, and the blood trails are just for visuals though now that you say it would have been cooler with a mechanic behind it :P

Pretty cool game! Reminds me of the Powerdrill Massacre minigame Puppet Combo made a while back haha. Good job on the game!

Really love the atmosphere here! The audio design is really simple but effective - that beeping really adds to the atmosphere, especially when the entity is getting close. I think the movement speed could be a little faster, or maybe the map a little smaller, but the difficulty definitely adds to the horror at the same time. Nice visual style too. Really nice work!

You really nailed the horror vibe with this, the beeping speeding up really sells the rising intensity! About the only negative I can think of is that the game required an installer instead of just being an executable in a zip folder. Great entry!

Nice game with some cool horror elements! It’s hard to get that across sometimes with the low detail sprites so nice work stepping up to the challenge!

Lol, I was genuinely scared when the ghost came close to me. Kind of reminded me of that scene from silent hill (I think it was silent hill), where you are in the fog and your Giger counter is going crazy. Good job on the entry!
