There are way too many people to feasibly throw them all back over the wall. It would be good start out with only a few of them early in the game, and then slowly increase them as time goes on.

Certainly controversial! My high score was 98! It was pretty difficult overall but is a complete entry with a win/loss game loop and runs on 3DS! Wow.
