:boxing_glove: DESCRIPTION

The Fighteggs is a local multiplayer game about thrilling egg-smashing battles (where you are the egg).

Your goal is to make your enemy fall to the ground.

To do so, you can get some help from your fists and PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE!!!

:keyboard: CONTROLS

PLAYER 1 CONTROLS

  • Use A and D to balance yourself left or right
  • Use W to jump
  • Use SPACE to PUNCH!!!

PLAYER 2 CONTROLS

  • Use LEFT ARROW and RIGHT ARROW to balance yourself left or right
  • Use UP ARROW to jump
  • Use ENTER to PUNCH!!!

Unfortunately, The Fighteggs doesn't officially support online multiplayer yet, but you can play with your friends online thanks to Parsec (https://parsec.app/)

Finally, some desperately needed egg content! Fun concept although the controls were very tricky. I often was confused by the jump direction based on the angle of my head. I could see this being really fun with maybe a bit more maneuverability in the controls and less floatiness.

@quite-good Thanks for the feedback! To be honest, I changed the jump direction to be based on the player's tilt because I thought it would be more intuitive, but it seems it didn't work. I guess we should find someone to test our game before release next time :rolling_eyes:

Anyways, thanks for appreciating the power of egg games! :muscle:

Fun game! Played with my brother for like ten minutes, then realized that it was 2 hours later and it was way past our bedtime. 10/10 amazing game!

Very creative. In my opinion, it was a bit hard to control the egg. Would be cool if the ring was a frying pan. :)

nice game, the idea is good. You need to play a bunch a game before getting good at staying up. maybe adjusting the force to come back when you are at 45 degree would help beginners. The screen shake on hit is sooo nice, i love it. also THANK YOU, i discovered parsec because of you, it will change my life

I'm glad you find Parsec useful! We discovered it when we had to test a game after lockdown started and it saved our lives :sweat_smile:

It would be great to be able to break an egg, kind of like a knockout and the egg spills out :boxing_glove: :egg: :boxing_glove:

Overall, fun design and intriguing egg faces. Had a lot of fun playing it with my left and right hand :sweat_smile:

We also wanted to make the eggs break but unfortunately ran out of time :worried:
