Oh, and I accidentally left the starting room without grabbing the pistol first time around, lol.
Only grievance was, that there seemed to be no warning when tiles were going to fall off under your feet. I don't know if I could have evaded it my rolling immediately, but I at least didn't manage that. Instadeaths felt punishing, but that was probably intended, as you should stick to the edges to play safe.
The techno song was ok but I would have expected more adventurous song to fit the theme.
Anyway, the game looked gorgeous and felt very polished and the many guns and procedural levels also gave it replay value 🙂
Sticking to the walls helps avoiding falling down and changes the way to play the game xD
Great work you two.
My only nitpicks would be to add more variety to the levels, maybe make the RNG a bit fancier. Also, the tiles sometimes fall from below you resulting in a cheap death. I'd have made it respawn you instead of killing you since it's quite hard to avoid and is frustrating.
Still, I really enjoyed this submission. I wouldn't mind seeing more progress on this, especially with even more cool guns :D
Music was decent but it started to get repetitive fast, but that's ok.
Great entry sheesh!
Awesome job!
Overall though, I think you're seriously talented and it shows from the game you've made. So many aspects of this are excellent, and so it's easy to talk about the few things that stick out. Don't let that take away from how impressive this is!
Thanks for the game!

In terms of gameplay, it's really fun. ~~I wish however that there was some kind of tumble/jump/dash option~~, because there were cases when I've cleared the room after first few seconds, and then tried to walk around avoiding holes whilst looking for the exit at the same time, which took me much more time than I'd like to admit  Also, on some "tight" maps with one tile wide corridors, the falling blocks made it kinda frustrating to get to the exit. I also feel like the player's hitboxes could be a little more forgiving, because I've died multiple times to a projectile which I was pretty sure I'd avoid, only to realize I got hit afterwards.
Overall, the game is very good. It was really enjoyable, and the whole entry felt very polished, almost like a finished game - I feel like you could add more weapons, upgrades, enemies, levels and just sell it on steam for 10$. And I'd buy it!
**EDIT:**
Oh god, I just realized that **THERE IS** a tumble in-game! I just didn't bother to use the right click of my mouse :face_palm:
**EDIT2:**
By the way, 2 sniper rifles with constant space-switching is pretty bonkers.
Thank you for requesting this gameplay!
