I like the erratic nature of the boss fight, with it randomly dropping from the ceiling to try to land on me. Music was fitting, and the shooting mechanic was all right. Just holding down the mouse button and point it at the enemy was okay, could have used with a bit of audio feedback that it was hitting. \n\nSome of the camera controls could be fixed, it would zoom out just going to the edges of the room. The art style was nice and the colors definitely gave off a pretty clear mood. I think one thing that I would really focus on at this stage is making sure the player understands what is happening at any given moment. At the beginning of the game I didn't know the controls, so it took me a little while to get used to that. And once I was in the battle, it was a little bit hard to tell when I was getting hurt and when I was doing damage to the enemy. More feedback generally would be a big help: more visual changes, audio cues, etc. when something in the game changes. I know it's a jam so it's really tough to make that content in time, but just something to think about. Well done once again on finishing your first game, that's often the toughest part!
