Nice game. I also beat the snake.
The first time I got there my character disappeared though so I had to restart.
Had trouble breaking the ledges, managed it but still not sure what I did.
The dig mechanic is really cool, though the animation confused me at first because it looks like you are digging downwards rather than into the back wall.

The art is pretty good, and the main mechanic is really interesting and innovative, well done ! But i think you could have implemented sound effects and a bit longer level, but well, you maybe didn't have the time. Overall, a pretty cool concept, great job !

first ludum dare and you make a metroidvania, bravo! the controls werent perfect (i managed to kill the snake before realising you could dig upwards XD) and it could have used more sound effects but i definitely had fun finding my way round the puzzle you made!

Overall not to bad :) I had some issues with breaking the tiles that breaks when you jump on them and my character never takes any damage not from falling or by getting hit by enemies. The dig mechanics is very good.

Nice game! I really liked the graphics, and the concept was a neat response to the theme. I had a bug where the player disappeared after I smashed down into the boss fight, and a sort of "ending" after beating the snake to sort of let the player know "hey, you won!" would have been nice to avoid confusion, but other than that everything was pretty good. Well done!
