What a neat control scheme, I haven't played any game like this before! I'm surprised you managed to make it feel this good to play with just one button, i can imagine this being much more annoying.
Unfortunately I couldn't beat the game due to (i assume) a bug :( The camera keeps gradually shifting to the left (maybe after each death), to the point where the player is completely off-screen and I'm just guessing where the obstacles are. Otherwise I'd love to 100% complete this!
In any case, this is super fun. nice stuff :)
I enjoyed the game. I did keep getting into situations where I would hit a bumper (which apparently rockets you away from it?) and it shot me to the edge of the level and then I would fall in the water, I am not sure if that was intention or not.
I liked the art style, though I feel like the camera could have been pulled back a little bit more to show where you were going.
Nice work.
Amazed at the level of visual polish this managed to cram in a jam!
fun game!
Liked the style! The game felt decently polished, except for the camera zoom that was constantly & quickly changing, which is my biggest complaint.
You managed to put a lot of functions into a single button, but a separate jump button would be useful.
Can you play and rate my game too, would be very cool!
It's a bit hard to change direction or just "going where you want"
Nice work !
Out of curiosity, how does this game tie with the theme? Figured I'd check with the dev before choosing my ranking for "Theme."
