Please enjoy our partially complete game-adjacent single-media experience.

TO PLAY: - Move with the ARROW KEYS. - Hold E to enable DIGGING MODE. - Run away from the BIG RED ZONE OF DEATH, which is always close behind.

DEPENDENCIES: For Ubuntu, run:

sudo apt install libglew libglfw3 libglm

For other distros, there will probably be similar packages available for GLEW, GLFW, and GLM. GL is also required, but will be pulled in as a dependency. Very old graphics cards (and some iGPUs) will not work properly; GL3.2 support is required.

NOTE: This project is the first outing of a very early-stage homemade game engine and, as such, this jam was as much about completing basic engine functionality (ECS, physics) as it was about creating a polished final product.

Wow. Very good idea for a Pure OpenGL game. Pretty addictive game.

Will this work on Mint? Asking in advance because the only Linux I have is on other computer, and it takes some effort to turn it on (it is guarded by Balrog).
