I thought going off the screen would kill me, but NOPE! Just wandering the blackness of eternity forever I guess. Somehow fits the game really well.

Awesome mood and humor. That image you've got in the post is super aesthetic, great font and design. Little face is cute. Played for way too long, text was great!

That was fun. I liked screaming silently.

Good for a couple of minutes of play. Simple, clean and to the point.

My screen was cut off even in full screen though... It also would have been nice to have a marker showing me where my snake was when it was off the screen because I wandered off once and only got back by pure luck...

I liked this game. Very deep indeed.

Screaming silently was nice.

Very nice! Did the texts change after the screen filled up? I thought a few did but I kept playing and didnt notice any more changes. Either way, I had fun!

Cute game, I think it would be neat if you could add a touch more in the way of gameplay and music.

there wasn't much to it, but it's probably the funniest Ludum Dare game I've played so far!

PS, I also loved how there was a button just to scream

"Is the cucumber made of water?

Or is the water made of cucumber?", the werm asked.

He screamed (silently), for he does not know.

I loved this, the character reminded me a bit of Holedown, and I enjoyed screaming silently a lot. A few months ago I fell down an internet rabbit hole looking up how many cows were in one burger so I got a kick out of that message when it popped up.

I liked playing as a werm pondering existence.

Great game, how did you create the snake? would love to learn how you did it.

A experimental entry! wonderful worm physic and the art really minimalist and clean. We need more curious quotes! The no lose condition make the experience more chill and casual to have good time.

Pretty amusuing premise. The fact that you can scream silently is great, especially because it looks a bit like a surprised pikachu face, so you can make him open his mouth as the little worm reads one of the sentences. I would have liked to have seen 100 sentences, all smaller and filling up the screen, blurring together with the worm and with eachother. Because the game wasn't challenging, you can spend your time reading. Thoughts never get too deep, but that's probably for the best-- asking questions about something heavy would have felt out of place. It was a short but enjoyable experience overall.

Cool conception. I like how worm is eating dot ) But I found bug: worm don't die if crashes into itself and it can go outside screen and never return back

At first i thought it was a "I made whatever i wanted no matter the theme" game, but then i kinda got how it was "deeper and deeper". The game is pretty simple but this is a fun entry, made me chuckle a couple of time
Well done !

Simple design but clean and efficient. The worm movement are very smooth so it's very pleasant to move around the screen.

It would be great to add loop between edge of the screen or limit, it will avoid the player to loose the worm.
Also, make the worm edge smoother to have a better render.

Overall, nice experience

What a cute werm. I loved it! Really cool idea for a game, but it makes me wonder, are you okay? Need to talk? need a hug?

Hi! Nice casual game, I like that it being endless makes it more enjoyable, to play it whenever. However, I noticed some quotes appeared out of the window, and they were difficult to read. Also, my worm were out of screen at some time and I could bring it back :(

My only problem with the game:
I wasn't under the shower while playing it :frowning2:

That's the deepest of all the games I tried... but what's the point of winning a category or making a great game?
Existance is futile anyways.

10/10 I'm gonna hit the shower :shower: :v:

Hahhaa this is a different kind of deepness than I expected, well done! You made me laugh

Some feedback points
- I love how you dedicated a button for the internal screaming
- There could have been a losing condition I think. The official worm game is lost by running into yourself. Maybe you could have added that to add some challenge.
- There is a lack of background music, I think music adds a lot to a game. The music does not have to be complicated or composed by yourself. Just 'something' will do wonders

Well done sir, I like your game! And I have some deep questions/realizations to think about while laying in bed tonight

Wow, that was kinda depthie, really smart way of implementing the 'depth' part of the theme lol. I love the simplicity of your game. Nice submission!

Funny take on the theme. Some really deep thoughts ;)
Neat worm behavior. It could be really fun snake-like game if you added collisions and sounds. Nice entry! :D

The werm screams silently and then he get's lost in the space. Very, very deep. I need to know if water is cucumber. This was a lot of fun  Great game

My LP  For some reason YouTube turned off comments on this video and I cannot turn them back on :slight_frown: I am currently trying to find a solution (no luck yet).

Very cool flowy character, and an interesting idea - new messages eventually stopped popping up, so I think I effectively reached the end?

Imo it would be good to make it so the character can't get off screen - its hard to get him back when that happens.

A very unique interpretation of the theme for sure. Well done!
