BREAKIN! by Homlet
Well, it's been over 6 years since my last entry, for Ludum Dare 32 in 2015. A lot has happened since then, including the fall of Flash and rise of HTML5 games. But it seems I am still just about capable of putting something playable together in 48 hours, even if it is to the detriment of my r e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s...

BREAKIN!
This is a reverse endless Breakout clone, complete with powerups and a paddle magnet. To move the paddle, use the left and right arrow keys, and to trigger the magnet, hold the spacebar. Careful—both running out of balls and letting the blocks touch the top will trigger a gameover. It's like getting the worst from Breakout and Space Invaders!
Hope you enjoy it as much as I tired now

It's the old saying : ideas are cheap, it's the execution of it that brings the value.
That was pretty cool! Familiar mechanics, but a fresh combination of them, to me at least. Just a couple sound effects would have gone a long way, I think!
Extra bonus points for being a web game that doesn't spend 2 minutes loading the Unity runtime first! =)
